FAQs & Help

Need some guidance? All the most common questions & answers about broadband contracts, fibre tariffs etc, at your fingertips

  1. Do you compare broadband plans for the whole market?

Currently, here at broadband.deals we compare contracts & tariff prices from 15 networks & providers. We are always looking to add more.

  2. How long does it take to change provider?

Changing your broadband supplier or provider is much more straightforward than it used to be. Your new ISP can do all the legwork for you, the process generally takes around a week to complete.

Of course if you need a new phone line or fibre to be installed, then this can take longer. Check with the ISP you are moving to, for the most accurate timeframe.

  3. Do you compare mobile broadband SIM Only deals?

No. Check our sister site SIMOnly.Deals to compare contracts with a phone/handset included.

  4. Some of the information you are displaying is incorrect / I noticed a bug...

Broadband.Deals is still in 'beta' so there may be bugs, glitches and other issues. Any feedback or bug reports are more than welcome, please report then to us via the contact us form.

  5. Do you sell broadband / fibre packages directly?

No. Broadband.Deals is a free comparison service. You will take out the broadband or internet package/contract with the provider directly. We do not sell broadband access directly to you — if you have a query about a broadband tariff or contract query then you will need to contact the vendor you bought it from.

  6. Do you get receive commission?

Broadband.Deals may receive a commission when you click and subsequently take out one of the broadband plans linked to from this website. Note that we do not receive commission from all the providers we list.

  7. I have other questions — how do I get in touch?

The easiest and fastest way is to get in touch with a member of the Broadband.deals team here. We aim to reply within 1-2 working days (except for UK holidays) to all queries.
